- 10 ROMANIAN DEADLIFTS single leg w/dumbbell; each side
- 10-12 GOBLET SQUATS w/heavy dumbbell, band above knees, push knees out, hips push backwards, squeeze at the top
- Hip abduction machine
- Set of dumbbells
