Glute Circuit

3-4 sets:

  • 20 ABDUCTIONS push out with the knees and pause
  • 15 KICKBACKS w/band; each side
  • 10-12 SUMO SQATS w/band and dumbbell, chalice grip, push knees out, squeeze at the top
  • 8-10 LATERAL LUNGES w/dumbbell, chalice grip; each side

Equipment needed:

  • Abduction machine
  • Band
  • Dumbbell

*Always select appropriate weight for your level. Exercises should be incorporated into your routine every other day.
