Equipment Needed:

  • Stretch band [large or medium]
  • 15-25 lb dumbbell, sandbag or any weight for your shoulder
  • 50 lb medicine ball, dumbbell, sandbag or any weight for on your abdomen.

*Always select appropriate weight for your level.
